Early morning around 6:00 AM you set out to experience the charm of Old Delhi on a cycle taking you through the unique mix of colours, smells, sounds, tastes and unforgettable images of New Delhi. Starting with Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosque’s in India, you then visit the famous 17th century market which also happens to be the busiest, known as the Chandni Chowk market. Some other attractions would include the Red Fort and finally ending with a lavish breakfast.
Post that you will be back to the hotel by around 11 AM, you will start your visit of the New Delhi architecture, starting with the famous Qutab Minar, a minaret that forms part of the Qutub complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then you will visit the India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhawan (President’s House) from the outside. Post that you will visit the famous Bangla Sahib Gurudwara, one of the most prominent Sikh gurdwara, or Sikh house of worship, in India. You will then visit the famous Lodi Garden after which you will visit the famous Humayun’s Tomb of the Mughal Era. In the evening you will visit the bustling Connaught Place, a frenetic business and financial hub, centered on a ring of colonnaded Georgian-style buildings with global chain stores, vintage cinemas, bars and Indian restaurants.
